Marinated olives

200 g of black and green olives
2 tbsp extra virgin oil
1 sprigs each of fresh thyme, rosemary and oregano
1 small fresh bay leaves
1 clove of garlic, sliced thinly
1 lemon slice, quartered

Method
1. Simply mix everything together, cover and set aside for 3-4 hours before serving.
